A current Asst. Professor at Texas Lutheran University
A pianist who has a heart for educating others about the magical journey of learning such a special instrument. She has won several competitions including the 5th Texas State International Piano Festival Concerto Competition. Her love for playing the piano extends to her love of more people learning how to play it. Our academy is blessed to have her as our Director of Music Education.
Audition Prep. Program
Professional Music Education Counseling. Highly experienced and qualified Ivy Academy of Music instructors will help students to prepare for the College/ Music conservatory entrance Examinations, Royal Conservatory of Music (RCM) Examinations, ADMTA Contests, TMTA Theory Exam, UIL Solo and Ensembles.
Quick Start Program
The journey of starting to learn the Piano. This is an Introductory 8 weeks program for the beginner students with no previous music learning experience. Each Lesson is 30 minutes in length.
Private Lessons
Ivy Academy of Music offers private music lessons. To all ages and skill levels for all instruments in 30, 45, and 60 minute sessions. Our highly qualified instructors will provide the personalized Ivy Music Academy curriculums and well-rounded music educations (music theory, technique, rhythm training, sight-reading skills and general musicianship) to the students.
Group Lesson
Music has no boundaries. We are ready with a highly musically talented group of teachers. That would love to create classes of 3 or more musically attuned or curious students, starting from the age of 3. The classes that are available are - Guitar, Ukulele, Violin, Classic Guitar, competitive piano, composing, Adobe Premier Pro music editing, Final cut programming, Drum and 8 Note Hand Bell. Because we believe music is a universal language that can be learned by ANYONE!
